Why I’m Loving Go High Level—Even as a Total Beginner
I’ll be honest—tech isn’t always easy for me. I’m not an expert, and I haven’t even scratched the surface yet. But I’ve started using Go High Level, and I can already tell—it’s going to change the way I do ministry and business.
Whether you're running a nonprofit, managing a team, creating content, or trying to stay connected with people, Go High Level puts everything you need in one place. And that’s why I wanted to share this with you—even as someone who’s still learning.
🧭 Why This Matters for Ministry & Media
I don’t just want more tools—I want more time for what matters: ministry, people, and rest. That’s why I’m investing time to learn this platform now. I believe that by building smart systems today, I’ll have more freedom and focus for the future.
💻 What It Can Do (Even If I Haven’t Mastered It Yet)
Here’s what Go High Level offers—all in one platform:
Website + Funnels – You can design beautiful pages and sales funnels without needing to code. I’m still learning how, but I love how visual and simple it feels once you get going.
Blog Hosting – I love having my blog right inside GHL. No need for another site or app—it’s all connected and easy to use.
Email Automation – You can create email sequences to welcome people, follow up, or send updates automatically. I haven’t finished mine yet, but I’m learning fast.
CRM (Customer Relationship Management) – You can track every contact—supporters, clients, or team members—and follow up intentionally. I’m organizing mine now step by step.
Forms & Pipelines – You can build forms and visual pipelines to track progress with people, events, or projects. I haven’t used these much yet—but I see the value coming.
🙋♀️ Here’s the honest part: I’m still at the beginning with all of it. It’s new, and yes, there’s a learning curve—but I’m not letting that stop me.
Even just a little progress has helped me feel more organized and confident. I can already see how helpful this platform is going to be—not just for the big stuff, but for the everyday things that make ministry smoother.
It’s not about having it all figured out. It’s about showing up, learning as you go, and building something that will serve you well down the road. That’s what keeps me excited.
📅 My Favorite Tool So Far: The Social Media Planner
This is the one that made me stop and say, “Wow, this is what I’ve been needing.”
The Marketing > Social Planner lets me batch and schedule content across platforms (like Facebook and Instagram), which saves hours and keeps me consistent. As someone juggling ministry, media, and family—it’s been a huge relief.
It’s not just about looking professional—it’s about freeing up time to actually do the ministry.
📝 A Quick Look at My Dashboard
Here’s a peek at the tools I’m learning inside GHL:
📄 Funnels (just started learning)
💌 Email sequences (in progress)
📇 CRM for contacts (still building)
🗂️ Forms & pipelines (learning slowly)
✍️ Blog right inside the platform (LOVE this!)
📅 Social Media Planner (my favorite so far!)
I’m learning as I go, and that’s okay. You don’t have to have it all figured out to get started. Just start.
